Don Vito Travels to China.

As reported in The New York Times, Don Vito Cortisone (shown here in a fur cap) has flown to Beijing to offer his assistance as a mediator after NATO mistakenly took out the Chinese Embassy in Belgrade.

He was greeted by thousands of students who immediately stopped hurling stones at the American Embassy and rushed to the airport to catch a glimpse of him.  Officials from the PRC tried to contain the wild enthusiasm which greeted the Don’s arrival, but the cheering students ignored Party officials and whisked the Don to a nearby Dim Sum restaurant.

Remembering his scheduled appointment with the American Ambassador, the Don paid for an order of take out Dim Sum to be sent to the Embassy with a brief note explaining his situation and the temporary delay.
