The photo in question was taken just off the highway
    called Lake Shore Drive. The man in the photo is actually
    a motorist who was stranded in his auto for several hours
    during the last snowstorm to strike Chicago.

         He went completely mad and apparently left his vehicle to
    set himself in an imaginary environment more to his liking.
 
         This photograph was taken by the Chicago Police
    just prior to his capture and arrest.

         He claimed to be a graduate of "Acting for the Camera"
    and was merely following the suggestions of voices he
    had heard coming from the car radio.
 
         Following his capture he was taken to psychiatric hospital    
    for a period of 48 hours for observation and to be treated for
    exposure to good theater training...
